Clearview’s Garden Room Roof system is based on traditional roof design methods using superior strength aluminium ‘A’ frames, these are fastened together using robust ‘fixed-joint’ technology which means no flexing and no risk of cracks forming in plaster. Superior thermal insulation is provided by both a 50mm outer layer of insulation and a 100mm inner layer which collectively achieve a ‘U’-value of 0.17, making your new Garden Room comfortable all-year-round. The aluminium A frames are situated underneath the outer insulation, making our Garden Room roof one of the very few ‘true’ warm roofs available with no risk of condensation creeping through plasterwork.

Thanks to the flexibility of the Garden Room, we can offer both typical conservatory and house extension designs, helping to make your additional living space a true part of the home. This also means that we can replace the roof on many existing conservatories and thereby completely transforming the existing space into something more luxurious and aspirational. Many of our customers specify downlighters for the inside of their Garden Rooms, but don’t forget we can add them to the outside too with the canopy and corner detail options. When it comes to the external appearance of your Garden Room we can also offer you a wide range of tiled finishes in terms of colour and appearance including slate grey, pewter grey, red and chesnut brown and these carry a 25 year guarantee. The integration of one, or several, "Velux Roof Windows" to your Garden Room roof will offset the loss of natural light that is inevitable with a solid roof in comparison to a glass or polycarbonate roof. Tiling is provided by our BBA approved ‘Envirotiles’ which come in 4 colours (charcoal grey, pewter grey, brick red & chestnut brown), these come with a 25 year guarantee, however, if you preferred, traditional tiles can also be used. Optional extras include Velux windows for additional light and ventilation and if your Garden room exceeds 4 metres in width, we will fit an attractive hardwood ‘tie-strut’. Unlike other solid roofs available, Clearview’s Garden Room roof can be extended over corner facets and gable ends and we can even offer solid & glass roof hybrids!
