Clearview installation journey – a simple overview of your project’s journey, and what you can expect from working with Clearview.

Surveying

A Clearview surveying team will visit your property, take measurements, and ensure that the design is suitable. Before any work commences, you’ll have the opportunity to discuss details and talk about any changes, if necessary.

If planning permission is required for your build, the surveyor will also gather the information required and submit the relevant planning drawings.

Planning & Building Regs

Clearview will complete your planning application and submit this, along with all relevant drawings and technical details, to your local council.

Timeframes vary by project and by council, but you should allow 8 weeks for NCS approval and 10 weeks for Full Householder Planning Permission.

Schedule of works

We project manage everything on your behalf. We’ll assign a schedule of works and coordinate all building and fitting teams.

Your project manager will also discuss with you any specific site requirements, such as power or water access before the work begins.

Building & installation

The building team will discuss brick matching with you and ensure that you’re happy with the chosen style.

Once the building work is completed, your frames and/or roof will be fitted.

Finishing

Once your project has been carefully installed and signed off, we’ll ensure you’re fully satisfied with everything and rectify any final snags.
