SETTING THE STANDARD
Once your installation is completed, we’ll provide your guarantee certificate which includes a full summary of cover and includes both moving and non-moving parts.
We’re able to offer such a comprehensive guarantee because our products are designed and manufactured to last. By offering a 20-year guarantee, we’re able to provide homeowners with the security and value for money they need.
LABOUR & REPAIR
The guarantee will cover the labour costs of repairs for the first 10 years only. After the first 10 years, there will be a cost for labour. If the replacement product is no longer in production, Clearview will replace the product or part with the nearest like-for-like replacement.
WHATS EXCLUDED
There are a few restrictions on your Clearview cover, including accidental and environmental damage. It’s important to keep your products in a good state of repair and if faults are found due to neglect or vandalism, these will not be covered either. Similarly, if another company undertakes any modifications or work on a Clearview-installed product, that will invalidate the warranty.
There are a few extras that are covered for five years and therefore excluded from the full 20-year cover, including plumbing, plastering, electrics, timber boxing and foils. Base building works and aluminium windows and doors are covered for ten years.
