When the Newmans decided to extend their home, they thought that it would be a relatively simple process. However, after speaking with several independent builders and a couple of other home improvement companies, they were left unimpressed.
The couple wanted an architecturally striking extension. But everybody they spoke too were unable to provide the level of design support they required and only offered to build structures that lacked originality.

The Newmans spent an afternoon further discussing their ideas with a showroom-based designer. Impressed by the attention to detail and thorough knowledge of building requirements, legislation, and timetables, they commissioned us to produce concept drawings.
Taking their brief, we created a stunning, lean-to conservatory, bookended by a beautifully rendered structural goalpost that would provide a remarkable feature and the necessary support to install a set of bi-folding doors.
Impressed by the plans, the husband-and-wife pairing noted that the space reflected their aspirations as they renovated their house in a modern style. They quickly signed off on the plans and let Clearview manage the build process, which was completed on time and to the pre-agreed budget.
The resulting extension has vastly transformed the already stunning property. With an extended living space that opens out to their spacious patio area and the garden beyond. It’s become the perfect area for rest, relaxation and entertainment.
And, importantly, it’s significantly increased their property’s value.
