Clearview Home Improvements Register ‘Outstanding’ Net Promoter Score

Recent satisfaction surveys have revealed that Clearview Home Improvements registered a staggering Net Promoter Score of 76, placing them amongst the top scoring businesses in the country.

Net Promoter Score (NPS) is an index rating from -100 to 100 which assesses a customer’s willingness to recommend a business to friends and family. Generally speaking, a score of 50 and above is considered to be “excellent”, and a score above 70 deemed to be “outstanding”.

Clearview’s exceptional score of 76 not only places them in the “outstanding” category, but sees them register a higher score than some of the most recognisable brands in the world.

Clearview’s NPS is made up from surveys that are given to customers upon completion of their project, with the final question asking the customer to state if they would recommend the company to their friends and family.
