Buying A House Can Be A Stressful Experience…

Buying a house can be a stressful experience – a time when you certainly don’t want any unexpected surprises. This, unfortunately, was exactly what Kal Johal got last October when he discovered that the home he had purchased would not include the Garden Room extension that his family had fallen in love with.

Understandably annoyed, Kal set about finding a company that could add the extension to his home, without breaking the bank. After careful consideration, Kal turned to Clearview:

“I’d seen some of their TV adverts and had read some fantastic reviews, that was what initially drew me to them,” said Kal.

“I visited the showroom last October and spoke to a gentleman called Mark. I explained that the house build was due to be completed in March and that I needed the extension project to start pretty much as soon as we got the keys.”

After some discussions, Kal went on to sign a contract with Clearview in December, three months before the project was due to take place.

Initially planned for March 2019, the extension suffered some delays, as work on the main house went on longer than scheduled.

“The guys at Clearview were really understanding, we just kept updating them on the house build and kept them in the loop with everything that was going on. Nothing was ever a problem.

“The company we had bought the house from were really particular about the extension, it needed to use the same brickwork and tiles as the main house. Mark sorted all this for us without any issues.”

Kal and his family eventually moved into their new home at the beginning of May, with work starting on the extension just two days later.

A little over three weeks after moving in, Kal had the perfect extension that he’d been promised from the beginning. Much to his and his families delight.

“The ironic thing is that the guys from Clearview did an even better job than the version we’d originally fallen in love with! Everyone who’s seen it has said it looks amazing!

“Every single person we came across throughout the project knew what they were doing and took pride in their work. The building guys talked me through the entire process, each explaining what they were doing and why they were doing it.

“Since the work was finished, I’ve basically been telling everyone I know about the amazing work the guys did. A lot of companies could learn a thing or two from Clearview.”
