From our initial Consultation with Mark at Preston to completion everyone exceeded expectations. Mark was a really lovely man, was very friendly with such an easy manner. Put us at ease and had such open and friendly discussions Mark wasn't pushy at all which made us very comfortable. He guided us through the whole process kindly offering suggestions which we would never have thought of. All trademen were lovely people...honest and engaging...Clearview selection process have it nailed ...a 1st class workforce...nothing any trouble...all so obliging on occasions when we had not thought things through....they rectified it straight away as their knowledge is extensive. A First class service from start to finish....absolutely delighted with our extension and the fabulous service from all involved.

Clearview were excellent from start to finish, from the initial design stage to final completion. We encountered delays, which were outside their control, and they were very patient with us until we were in a position to proceed. Garden Room. After much deliberation and research as to which company we should trust to build our garden room we opted for Clearview. I am so glad we did. Currently writing this review in my gorgeous new room, with everything as I asked it to be. My project manager was Steve Moulton and he made sure I knew what was happening at each stage and that I was happy with each job done. The diligence and care of each trades person was phenomenal and I felt in safe hands all the way. Now sat in my new garden room I am thrilled with the choice I made. It's just gorgeous. Wish I'd done it sooner.

Despite the glowing reviews about Clearview, I had minor reservations when it came to building a large kitchen family room extension. I needn’t have worried. The finished extension way exceeded my expectations. The quality of materials and build are first rate and the project was managed seamlessly, by Steve Moulton, from start to finish with minimal disruption to my household. Everyone involved was friendly and professional all the way through from planning to completion. I don’t often write reviews but credit where credit is due. I have no hesitation in recommending Clearview. Also, my husband, who is extremely pedantic, is absolutely thrilled with the finished extension and didn’t find a single negative word to say

I was seriously thinking about a replacement (tiled) roof to our Clearview conservatory, which being glass is cold in winter and scorching in summer. Yesterday Paul, Senior Design Consultant, came out and gave me all options. He was very friendly, approachable and did not pressure me into any decisions. As I do not drive and my husband has sadly passed away (who could drive) Paul offered to drive me to the showroom to look at the tile options. Although the brochure is good it is not the same as seeing properly. I was impressed with the tiles I chose and am now awaiting a visit from surveyor prior to it all being finalised. I would not hesitate to recommend Clearview and Paul Kelly, a true gentleman.

We have just had a new Livin roof fitted on our old conservatory and wasn’t sure what to expect but no worries to be had. From taking off the old roof to the final clean it was all done in 1 week. Many thanks to Steve Moulton for the project management and all the tradesmen involved. We would certainly recommend Clearview.

I needed two windows replacing urgently as there was issues with the lintels. Communication was good at all times. Good range of products. The windows where checked but when it came to replace them, there was more damage that was evident. One lintel has expanded and damaged the bricks. Clearview want out of there was to find matching bricks to replace the crumbling ones. The other lintel had let water into the kitchen wall which cased an issue with the plaster. Again this was not evident when inspecting the windows prior to installation. Clearview arranged for a plasterer to correct the damaged plaster, again there was no need as it was not their issue. The windows are far better that the ones that we had previously. And the service at all time was top class. Cant recommend the service enough.

We ordered and planned our extension late December, it is finished this week! It is finished to an impeccable standard and we are over the moon with all the detail. Steve has been supportive, informative and easily reached throughout.

Recently had an orangery constructed by Clearview. Very pleased with the product and the delivery. From my first visit to the showroom the communication about the project was very good. All the workmen were friendly and worked in a clean and tidy manner. The project was completed in a timely manner.

Our new extension was completed today and the whole process has been painless. At the design stage Martyn Chetwood was able to understand our requirements and was able to provide us the design we wanted and to our budget. The build stage went without any hitch even with the bad weather that we had and Steve Moulton, the PM, kept us informed at every stage. All the tradesmen were professional and did an excellent job. Very happy with the whole process and the extension.

We had two projects running in parallel, one an extension and second windows and doors. One word, seamless! The quality of the work carried out by all of their trades, who are all top fellas, was of the highest class. Steve Moulton who was the PM across both was superb throughout. After having a conservatory built in 2020. We recently discovered that part of the concrete foor had partially collapsed and had cracks in it. After contacting Clearview and speaking to Tim in Aftercare, he arranged for their in house builder Steve Nelson to contact us in the New Year. As promised he came and inspected the floor. He explained what had caused the issue and how he could repair it. He came back the following week. Arrived on time and completed the repair in a professional manner. He was conscientious, courteous and tidy. It was a pleasure to have him deal with this issue. Well done Steve 👏.

I had an issue and needed to quickly replace handles on a patio door that had been fitted many years ago. I need to point out that my grandson delicately pulled one of the handles off - bless him. I made contact with the team and quickly received an email the same day from the aftercare team. Both Tim and Barry were very supportive and requested images of the handles to enable them to review their stock for suitability. I made arrangements to collect the handles and I fitted them with 24 hours of making the enquiry. Cannot thank them enough for their speedy & very supportive service.

Absolutely delighted with my new orangery, which not only provides a lovely space, but also enhances my home. From the start with Martyn to completion overseen by Steve, the project manager, everything went to plan. Each team of workmen were friendly and all worked to a high standard. Also, it appears that they have worked for Clearview for many years which is a great reflection on the company. Nothing was too much trouble and Steve ensured everything was faultless. Just had conservatory rebuilt with new roof and wall on one side, quality looks really good. Only issue we had was with plastering which initially was poor but rectified really quickly by Paul, the PM, getting straight on to it and the plastering company sorting. Would recommend in future.

We ordered kitchen bi folds from Clearview having visited their showroom. From day one the service from the initial pricing visit, follow up surveyors visit and subsequent communication and fitting has been spot on. All members of the team have been professional, knowledgeable, punctual and friendly. We had Mark & Ethan to fit our doors, who were a pleasure to have in our home. Clearview built for us a conservatory and we love the addition to our house. Right from the very start we felt that we would be getting a quality building and they have not let us down. When the building work began we felt that we were looked after by our project leader Steve Moulton, who kept in contact with us at every stage of the build. Had our conservatory roof replaced for a tiled roof. Due to our old glass roof having a box gutter where it was attached to a brick wall we had been having leaks for some time. We finally decided we needed to change the roof which would also solve the problem of conservatory being too hot in summer. The workmen who replaced the roof were excellent. The plasterer and electrician were also excellent. We were kept informed at all stages of the process by Steve. Would recommend Clearview for conservatory roof replacement.

We would like to thank Paul for his excellent advice about changing the roof on an existing orangery. He visited us at home and showed us 2 designs to choose from. There was no pressure sales involved. We then received computer generated designs and a very competitive quote given how expensive everything is these days. We have now visited the showroom and agreed to having the work done. Thanks again Paul.

We would just like to thank Jarrod for meeting us at our home on 9th October and for taking the time to go through a quote for a revamp of our existing conservatory. Clearview have recently completed a 'Living Space' extension to our home and we are absolutely thrilled with the result. Work started on the scheduled date and there were no delays. We had a glass roof fitted to a small extension in the kitchen and would just like to say how efficient and hard-working the roof fitters Mike and his partner were. They were a pleasure to have in the house and nothing was too much trouble. In fact everyone we have dealt with at Clearview has been helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We went to the showroom in Warrington because we were looking to replace our conservatory with a more useable living space, We met Paul who was so helpful and knowledgeable, he designed exactly what we wanted. We went ahead and Steve Moulton was our project manager, he always answered any queries quickly and we knew what was happening each day. Everyone who worked on the project was friendly and the site was left so clean & tidy at the end of the day. Very Happy with house extension in backyard. Whole family spends most of the time in this extended room of 6mx4m. Plenty of space for kids to run, dance and play. Plenty of light and warm to grow plants.. high ceiling for very tall decorative statues.. Neighbours, colleagues, friends , family whoever visited our house said flabbergasted about this extension.. Clear view service is very good from starting home visits , design reviews, building and finishing.. project manager Steve has seen through the project completion with regular updates..

We can not praise Clearview enough for the work carried out at our property. Everybody was so friendly and professional. A great warranty repair visit today by Mark and Ethan. They applied themselves from the get-go, did a good job and left the site spotless. An additionally impressive response when you consider our claim was made two weeks before the guarantee expired. That is good customer service.

From the start of ordering, Jonathan was very patient, helpful and explained everything as much as possible and really professional. When it came to date of fitting, I was really happy with Mark and his assistant Ethan because his workmanship was of a high standard and he paid attention to detail which is rare these days, thanks very much Clearview.

After considering the replacement of our conservatory roof (polycarbonate) and windows since moving into our bungalow 15 months ago, we finally decided to get some quotes. We wanted to go for the solid roof option with windows. However, we realised this wasn’t an (affordable/simple) option due to modifications to the original bungalow roof. After getting over our disappointment we were delighted with the advice from Jarrod at Clearview. He’d promised they would have a solution when we spoke to him on the phone. He arrived on time and was very thorough, taking measurements and explaining our options, checking in with the senior surveyor to ensure he agreed with our best solution. We have ordered a glass roof replacement and are excited to get it installed in the next few weeks.  

I approached Clearview on behalf of my mother, who owns a very old property in Penwortham. For many years we had struggled with the old single-glazed wooden windows awaiting the opportunity to replace them with a high-end modern replacement that wouldn’t compromise the property's architectural features. I contacted Clearview, and Adam Howard helpfully advised us in person on the options available and how they would look. Before agreeing to the purchase of the windows, Adam was concerned that the property might be located in a heritage location. He suggested we seek advice from the local authorities before proceeding. Thankfully Adam was right, the property was now listed under a Conservation Area and required special permission to proceed with new windows. A big thanks to Clearview and Adam H for their advice to date in window selection and planning approval. His eye for detail saved a real potential issue from occurring. As soon as planning permission is granted, we will sign on the dotted line and look forward to seeing the result! Thanks

I ordered a door from Clearview Home Improvements just after Christmas but was unsure of what design I was looking for, after placing the order, Simon Pearson expertly designed and liaised with myself as to what design would look best whilst carefully informing me of when the order had been placed and when it was likely to be ready for install. Hi, Can I make a shout out to Jarrod for his help and guidance selecting our replacement conservatory. His knowledge and experience was unsurpassed he listened to all of our indecisions, thoughts and concerns eventually guiding us through to our selection which was right for us! We have used Clearview for many years now they have replaced our window soffits and facias they provide a top quality service with market leading products, so well done to all and keep up the good work. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for home improvements they are excellent!!!!!

Mark and his colleague were really friendly and did a great job. They cleaned up and left no mess. The job was done very well and Mark gave a demo on how the door worked and how to maintain it.

We are so grateful to Clearview Home Improvements for their excellent, caring professionalism in resolving a major issue with our conservatory that had been designed and constructed by another company (BellaVista Glazed Extensions). Our experiences with the two companies have been worlds apart, which we have put into context below. We signed the proposal agreement with BellaVista in November 2021, because the website stated that they had the Approved Ultraframe Installer accreditation and the proposal also stated that they were the only Ultraframe Installer in Greater Manchester. They then contacted us at the beginning of January 2022 to say that they were going to commence taking down the old conservatory. The work started a few weeks later. After months of delays, various excuses, poor communication and inconvenience, we finally had the windows, doors and roof fitted by the end June 2022. The sliding doors were stiff and did not close properly at the bottom. When the plasterer and electricians came in the middle of July, we could no longer close the doors and there was a 55cm gap. It had become apparent that the roof was dipping and the gutter was leaking in the middle. We were assured that this would be fixed. However, promised timescales for resolutions were not met; further leaks were not addressed; no assistance was given to make the conservatory watertight; calls, texts and emails were not answered and we therefore commenced communication directly with Ultraframe. During this process, it became apparent that BellaVista had not fitted a strong enough eaves beam to support the size of the sliding doors. Furthermore, in December 2022, we discovered via Ultraframe that the Ultra Installer accreditation had been terminated with BellaVista in October 2021. Nevertheless, Ultraframe had given them a solution for fixing the conservatory. During the process, we found out that Clearview Home Improvements, a local company, were a genuine, approved installer for Ultraframe. We decided to visit the Warrington showroom one afternoon in the middle of January 2023. Paul Kelly, the Senior Design Consultant explained, understandably, that they didn’t do repair jobs, because they give a 20 year guarantee with their designs and constructions. He listened attentively and was very empathetic. He asked for more information to be sent to him and he would look into whether they could help. Just a few hours later, it became apparent that he had already taken action and escalated this, as Gary Oakes, the Sales Director at the Head Office in Leyland contacted us. Gary explained their position on this matter, but genuinely wanted to help us and had already started to liaise with Ultraframe. Over the following couple of weeks he gathered information from different sources and kept us informed almost daily. He offered us alternative solutions as well. After choosing the least disruptive option, we were given a very reasonable quote. A surveyor came to visit us a few days after accepting the quote. We were then given a provisional date of February 23rd for fixing the conservatory, dependent on deliveries from suppliers. The date was confirmed several days beforehand and Carl, the fitter contacted us the day before to finalise arrangements and to ask if we had any questions. The following day, Carl and his team worked like Trojans, jacking up the roof, taking out the existing windows and fixing the front of the conservatory with four new reinforced windows, French patio doors and a new sill. We sent a final ‘thank you’ email to Gary and he followed this up with a telephone call. Clearview Home Improvements have taken a huge weight off our shoulders and we can finally enjoy our conservatory. This was all done within five weeks! Communication from everyone involved has been exemplary. They have been extremely supportive, reliable and shown the utmost integrity. We will be strongly recommending them to others and would have no hesitation in going back to them in the future.

We have had the most amazing customer service from our project manager Steve. We knew we would be in great hands when we stepped foot into Clearview's show home. Steve is extremely attentive, proactive and approachable. We have been so impressed with his level of knowledge (we've learnt a lot from him), so a big thank you to Steve! 10/10 will recommend Clearview!

Last year, we decided to replace the existing polycarbonate roof on our twenty year old conservatory as it was noisy when it rained, and the sun made the room roasting in summer, and the room was freezing in winter. Although it had an electric radiator, that was expensive to use, so was rarely switched on. The upshot was the conservatory was not used very often. We had visits from several 'conservatory roof specialists' but others pressured us to buy, leaving us uncomfortable. However, from start to finish, Clearview Home Improvements made us feel valued customers. There was never any pressure to buy. Mike Parry, the salesman, came and examined our existing conservatory and tested the structure to ensure it was strong enough to take the extra weight of a Clearview roof. Fortunately it was. He told us how it would be constructed and how the old roof would be removed and the new roof would be fitted (normally) within one day and it would be watertight the same day. And that it should be completed within a week or possibly a few days more. He left us and invited us to the Clearview showroom a few days later. We travelled to the showroom and saw examples of completed roofs on conservatories, and Mike had completed a computer generated 3D model of our conservatory with a Clearview roof on, and in hindsight, our new re-roofed conservatory looks exactly like the 3D model. 10 out of 10 for that! We also decided to have a fully plumbed-in radiator connected to our existing central heating system, and this was added into the quote. We chewed it over, and decided to go ahead. We paid the initial deposit, and a couple of months later, the fitters arrived (at 07:00) with a gigantic lorry. The roof came in lots of boxes which were deposited in our back garden, alongside the conservatory. It only took them 45 minutes to unload the new roof. The fitters – Jamie McGown and Dec started dismantling the old roof, which was removed in about an hour, and the new roof was fitted by 12:30pm. Then, only the two glazed panels still needed to be fitted. The tiles were fitted on one side, and by that evening both sides were fully waterproof. The next day, Jamie and Dec returned to finish the roof and they were only there for the morning. The plumber, Carl Foley arrived with his mate, and were able to connect flexible pipes from the bedroom above the conservatory and pushed the pipe through the cavity wall down the cavity and drilled from the conservatory wall into the cavity wall, without damaging any of the existing decorations, meaning no existing wallpapering or painting had to be redone within the house. Major result! The electricians – Wayne Howson and Josh came and did the first fixing, and later were even able to incorporate a Shelly Wi-Fi module into the light switch socket, meaning that I can dim the new conservatory LED lights from my phone (or using Alexa, or Google Home, or Apple Homekit). Then the plasterer, Andy Wood, came and fitted the plasterboard and plastered over. He made as little mess as he could - plastering isn't the cleanest of tasks - and did as good a job of cleaning up was was possible. After the plaster was dry, the electricians returned and final fixed the LED lights and switches and certified the electrics as safe. A couple of remedial jobs were left over as a couple of parts had been supplied in the wrong colour and needed replacing (we were made aware at the time and knew this was temporary). Clearview's service engineer, Adam Clayton was out within a couple of days and replaced those parts with the correct coloured items swiftly and with no hassle. Once all of the work was completed, Kenny Thistlethwaite cleaned up admirably, cleaning the conservatory inside and out and cleaned around the paths and our drive, jet-washing the paths and drive, and left the place looking better than before Clearview arrived. What a brilliant job. We have nothing but praise for the work that Clearview's team have done, from start to finish, and their 20 year guarantee leaves us with nothing but confidence. Every one of their team was polite, friendly, professional and good humoured. I would thoroughly recommend the Clearview team. Of course, the whole point of this exercise is that now the room is already warm (as it is now winter) because there is a radiator in there with a thermostatic radiator valve to keep it a comfortable temperature so we are going to be in there more. We are, of course, looking forward to being in there throughout summer too.

We engaged the services of Clear View for a replacement conservatory roof. From the initial enquiry, the company was responsive and advisors were knowledgeable of the products on offer and were able to give firm quotation straight away. All agreed timelines were met with no cancellations. All staffing personnel that attended to undertake the work were professional and we were happy with the quality of their work. There were a few minor snags, but again they were actioned to an acceptable standard. I would definitely recommend this company.

Mark & Ethan arrived on time, Fitted our new Bi-fold doors to very high standards paying attention to every detail..very impressed. Clearview kept us fully updated throughout from the first home visit to the fitting.

From the initial appointment with Mark Duggan, who designed our beautiful new extension, through to the final appointment, everybody who came to our home, were polite, friendly and respectful of both us and our property. I have just had all my windows replaced by Clearview. I am so chuffed with the work and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Mark and Ethan fitted my windows this week and they were fantastic. They were prompt, friendly and courteous, did a very neat job, and left the place tidy daily. The windows look amazing! They have done a superb job. I’ve gone from having the worst windows in the street to having the best. I took advantage of a free upgrade to flush casement windows and they are the bee's knees. I used Clearview for guttering, fascias and soffits too. It has been a stress-free experience. The customer service is top-notch. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to everyone.

We have had several windows installed recently. Our installers were Mark and Ethan. Communication was very good: Mark contacted us the night before to confirm the arrival time and they were on time the following morning. The work carried out was excellent, efficient and they left the premises tidy. They explained about window mechanism and gave future advice on maintenance of the locking system. What an amazing installation! We’re so pleased with our new Conservatory. Particular praise to Jamie the fitter, and Paul Ogden for co-ordinating the whole process. We had a new Utraroof installed on our conservatory along with new windows and doors and one side of the conservatory bricking up. Clearview came recommended to us and I can see why - from start to finish, the work was expertly project managed by Martin and was completed to a very high standard. We had builders, plasterers, electricians, bricklayers, joiners, all experts in their fields and they each did a great job. Any slight snag was addressed quickly and the job not signed off until we were completely happy. Overall, I'd recommend Clearview - you may pay more than other firms but you get total peace of mind and you know you're getting a good job done.

Clearview fitted our new aluminium French Doors. 5 star service. Matt in the HO was excellent and kept us informed throughout the process. The fitters were friendly and cleaned up. The doors are excellent and Clearview gave us the most competitive price having shopped around. Would def recommend and will use again if we need too.

We’ve recently had a new conservatory / orangery built by Clearview. They have been excellent from start to finish. Every single person involved in the project has been efficient, professional and courteous, and we are so pleased with the end product. Particular thanks go to our project manager, Steve Moulton, who has been endlessly patient with us! We especially liked the fact that they sent in a clean up team at the end of the project. We recently had 10 windows fitted by Clearview . 2 of the windows were over 2 metres high and 1 was nearly 5 metres wide so it wasn't a standard fit. From the quote to the fitting everything was seamless. We were given a fitting date the 2 fitters Ian and Graham arrived early that day and everything was fitted by the following day .The lads left the house as clean as when they arrived and were a credit to the company.We had a couple of small snags that needed addressing and again these were finished within the time given . I would have no reservations about recommending Clearview to anyone

I recently purchased new doors and windows off Clearview Home Improvements, then decided to replace my conservatory frames and added a new solid Ultraroof 380 to replace my old Polycarbonate roof. Throughout we were kept fully informed. The final stage today was of course the delivery and fitting of the unit. Our fitters - Mark and Ethan - were spot on time and took the utmost care with the many protective coverings, an absolute must given the atrocious weather which accompanied them. They carried out the work in the estimated time and were thoroughly professional, friendly and courteous throughout. The quality of the finished job very much lived up to the standards which we have come to expect from Clearview (and the main reason that we chose them for this latest requirement). Finally, we were shown precisely how to use our new feature before a full tidy up by the guys. I had a Composite door fitted by Ian Redman , looks great and I went for a light Grey colour to be different , first-class installation service and would definitely recommend to others.
