Clearview Agrees 3-Year Sponsorship Deal With Local Hockey Club

In May of last year, Clearview sponsored a World Record attempt for the most players in an Exhibition Hockey Match held at the UCLAN arena in Preston.

It was a fantastic occasion, with all proceeds raised from the event going to St Catherine’s Hospice, and something of a catalyst behind us recently agreeing to sponsor Leyland & Chorley Hockey Club for the next three years.

We are absolutely delighted to give them our backing, particularly as they’re an inclusive club that encourages people of all skill levels to join. As part of the agreement, the club’s kit has been brandished with the Clearview Home Improvements logo.

Established in 2012, Leyland & Chorley Hockey Club is a mixed aged hockey club with three men’s teams, four ladies teams and a juniors section. In just five seasons, they have achieved eight promotions across all teams and won a cup tournament.

To show their appreciation for our sponsorship, representatives of the club invited our Sales Director Gary Oakes to pay a visit on Saturday 20th January when they very kindly presented him with a framed shirt.

The shirt will be proudly displayed in our showroom and we wish the club every success going forward.
